Country:
Approximately 5,250 acres is Brigalow and softwood scrub country, well grassed with buffel, green panic complemented by a selection of native grasses. Rotational grazing has enable the establishment of extremely strong pastures. There is moderate regrowth that has been left in strips and clumps and fortifies the scrub country. A further 1,750 acres of good quality forest loams are established to buffel, green panic, Mitchell and Queensland blue grass. The balance of country comprises range country which is against Shankeen Native Refuge and offers only limited grazing. Approximately 1976 acres has been previously farmed and has since been returned to pastures including legumes.

Water:
The property is extremely well watered with reticulated water systems, supplied from 7 dams and 1 spring. These dams range from 3,000 cu metres to 35,000 cu metres capacity. The whole property can be watered from any one of these dams or spring. Most pumps are electric, expect for the spring and one dam which are pumped with diesel driven pumps. A further 25 small seasonal dams and 3 turkey nests complement the main watering.

Fencing:
Boundary fence is 4 barb steel post suspension and 4 barb split post. The majority of internal fencing is 1 and 2 wire mains electric powered electric on steel posts.
