Comments
“Hyblah” is an historic property in the tightly held Boyne Valley, selected in 1899 as a grazing holding then later turned into  one the premier dairies in the district supplying large volumes of milk to the Port Curtis Co Operative Dairy Assn’s Factories. The dairy was closed in 2003 due to the deregulation of the Industry and since that time the property has been operating as an Organic lucerne and fodder growing enterprise but would be ideally suited as a fodder factory, Stud bull depot, backgrounding operation or fattening property. The owners wish to offer this great property for sale and retire .
