Water
Harcourt’s western boundary is the Dawson River and the upper section of the Neville Hewitt Weir.  It has a water allocation of 2,000MI and a water harvesting licence for a 26”and a 20”centrifugal pump at a flow of 15 cumec.  The 26”pump has a capacity of 100MI/day and the 20”a capacity of 50MI/day at a weir level.  Both allocation and water harvesting can be pumped, by both pumps.  From 1988 to 2018 (June) water harvesting was available for an average of fifty days per year.  This is capped at 3,432MI/year.  Water is pumped via a channel to a 24/30 Batescrew axial flow pump (160MI/day) lifting it into a 1,800MI reservoir.  Tail water and overland flow is also collected by this pump.
A second reservoir of 800MI capacity is filled with a 26”China pump (100MI/day) and a 16”China pump (30MI/day).  Tail water and overland flow is pumped by above. Domestic and stock water is supplied by a  submersible pump.

Yards
One set of circular steel yards with water, crush and loading facilities close to the road.  Capable of holding three hundred head of cattle.

Improvements
